LLORET CONTROL
SYSTEMS LTD is at the forefront of innovative design of Building
Management Systems (BMS) and embraces the new technology that enables
this innovation. In fact, the ethos of LLORET
is to utilise available technology to the advantage of the customer
and the environment.
Our capacity to undertake the complete process from design to manufacture,
from manufacture to installation, from installation to commissioning
and on to the maintenance of Building Management Systems has given
us the leading edge in the market place.
CAD technology
helps us to design control panels, motor control centres (MCCs)
and motor control panels (MCPs) bespoke to the project requirements. All
control panels and control centres can be constructed in a wide
variety of forms (ie up to Form 4 type 7) and with weatherproof
casing where required.
LLORET
CONTROL SYSTEMS LTD was founded in 1983 and has steadily grown
to become one of the leading Trend
Technology Centres (TTC) within
the UK.
The TTC accreditation is the result of an annual audit of working
practices with regard to in-house procedures, training, safety and
a proven dedication to providing the customer with a quality service
from start to finish.
We have been
successfully audited by the Heating
Ventilation Contractors’ Association
(HVCA), having been a member of the trade association for several
years.
We also achieved
Investors In People and all our engineers are trained to the highest
standard, ensuring quality of service to all our customers.
Our Building
Energy Management Systems (BEMS) are designed with simplicity and
economy without compromise to a system that is appropriate to the
structure and use of the building.
Once a system
is installed and commissioned, LLORET
MAINTENANCE LTD can provide
a planned preventative maintenance programme (PPM) to the customer’s
requirements.
ALL LLORET staff
have undertaken Health & Safety awareness training
and several have taken further Health & Safety training, as appropriate
to their role and to current regulations, ie all Project Managers
are First Aiders as are a number of other staff and our Health & Safety
Manager has NEBOSH qualification.
Our Health & Safety Policy reflects a dedication to upholding
safe practices and complying with current legislation. We have
an Equal Opportunities Policy, a Training Policy and an Environmental
Policy, which were all based on actual LLORET practice as well as
current legislation. |
