Lloret commissioning engineers have been chosen for their excellent track record with BMS controls and, in particular, their in-depth knowledge of the control equipment utilised on projects.
No matter how much experience they have when joining Lloret, the advancement of BMS controls technology means that all commissioning engineers attend training courses to upgrade and update their skills when necessary.
We have a team of dedicated engineers committed to ensuring that the system is commissioned to the highest standard, on time and with supporting documentation. After the factory pre-commissioning has been completed, the site commissioning engineer commences the following activities:-
A review of Health & Safety issues, ie risk assessment and method statement prior to work commencing.
System software is reviewed for any changes from factory acceptance.
Ensures the system supervisor is operating accurately and that the software performs all functions and reports to the site specific requirements.
Records testing results.
Oversees site handover with Consultant and Client.
Carry out Client Training Programme on site.
