To ensure the best performance from a BMS, and the plant and equipment that is controlled, maintenance is essential. Left unchecked or if maintenance is reactively undertaken, energy consumption can become inefficient and comfort can deteriorate, which effects performance and contributes to poor value from the facility. In addition the asset value of the BMS can deteriorate which compounds the cost.

Lloret Maintenance Ltd is an expanding BMS maintenance provider borne out of both the opportunities provided by our sister company Lloret Control Systems Ltd and through the requirements of new direct business.

We specialise in the service, support, and after-care of BMS and discrete control systems, and present a full service for all future project work and upgrades. Our clients benefit from a customer-focused company, offering a wealth of knowledge and experience in the building controls and BMS industry.

Being a Trend Technology Centre we focus on Trend installations and we also have experience with other BMS systems to enable a full scope service. We understand the challenges of working in occupied buildings and working with the occupants and their facility teams; Where appropriate tasks are conducted at the time dictated by local circumstances.

All of our engineers undergo formal product and system training to ensure that they are kept up to date with the latest technology.  We are very much involved with energy targeting, efficiency monitoring and reporting to assist with our clients objectives in regard to the energy performance of their facility.

A routine schedule of tasks is undertaken during a standard contract and we also work closely with our client to create a schedule that directly meets their facility requirements.

Lloret Maintenance Ltd's success is based on putting our clients needs first. We strive to gain long term partnerships, which continue to provide repeat business and opportunities to look at new locations.
