Achilles and ISO 9001:2008 accreditations renewed Lloret Controls Systems Ltd is annually audited as part of these accreditations and we are pleased to say we have passed this year with flying colours.
Lloret Control Systems Ltd has secured a number of prestigious projects over the last 6-12 months...
PWC Embankment Place - Shell and Core and Fit out – we are absolutely delighted to have secured this very prestigious project, with Overbury. This is for the complete replacement of all Landlord's plant areas. In addition to this we are now also involved in the refitting of all the floors with an active Chilled Beam Systems and Fan Coil Units.
Project Fox Santander Leicester - This project has been secured very recently with ISG and we are very pleased to be working on this extensive data centre. The data centre consists of two identical buildings incorporating Trend Building Management Systems. We are currently involved in the Day One (phase one) stage of the project.
Metropolitan Police Stations - We have now been engaged by Wates Construction, to install new Trend Control Systems in 5 stations across London. This involves refurbishment and extension to existing buildings, as well as one completely new building.
No1 Paige Street - We are working with Interserve on this Office building. This is a complete refurbishment of an existing building.
Recently Bill Cowen joined the Sales and Estimating department. Bill has settled in well and become an invaluable member of the team.
Our latest recruit is Simon Love, a Senior Project Manager. Simon brings with him a wealth of experience having spent over 24 years in the industry.
Lloret Fire and Security has continued to expand over the last year. They would like to welcome Nikki Finn as Fire and Security Administrator. Nikki started with us back in April 2012 and is already a great asset and member of the ever growing team.
