Max Sjoblom
Managing Director
Max is responsible for running the day to day operations of the business, sales and client relations.
He spends his spare time following the Arsenal around the continent (when they qualify!) or with friends and family.
Cara Young
Finance Director
As finance director and company secretary Cara looks after all things financial including statutory reporting, management accounts and HR.
When she is not working Cara is kept busy by her four children.
Paul White
Design Director
Paul deals with all aspects of our design responsibilities. From the initial budget costings, competitive and fully engineered design solutions, complex cause and effects, and final record drawing and document production.
Downtime always includes home projects and spending time with family and friends.
Shaun French
Project Director
Shaun has an overview of all our projects, which involves the delivery of large commercial, residential, retail, leisure, healthcare, and education projects.
Shaun enjoys sailing, golf and searching for the ultimate real ale.
Ben Harris
Key Account Director
Ben looks after our Fire Maintenance division and key maintenance accounts.
In his spare time, Ben enjoys playing golf and holidays in the sun.
